Philip Alexander was born 22 July 1704 in St Paul's Parish, Stafford Co, VA and died 19 July 1753 in VA.

He married Sarah Hooe. She was born 1708 in St Paul's Parish, Stafford Co, VA and died 14 August 1758 in VA. She was the daughter of Rice Hooe and Frances Townshend. View the Hooe line here.
